The product

What is the band on the sleeve? It's a captain's armband, embroidered onto the right sleeve of every piece. It's our signature and it isn't optional, it's what makes an XCasuals piece an XCasuals piece.

What are your pieces made of? Cotton, always. Everything is embroidered, never printed. We don't do polyester, sublimation, or fast fashion filler.

What's the difference between the plain and chevron versions? The plain colourways are our permanent range. The all-over chevron pieces are limited editions, our own design inspired by late-80s terrace kits, made in smaller runs.

Why is the burgundy all one colour? The burgundy is ton-sur-ton: red body, red collar. The only contrast is the gold XCasuals band above the cuff and the gold crest on the chest. Navy runs the other way, a navy body with a cream or burgundy band.

Ordering and shipping

Where do you ship? Across the UK and Europe.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our shipping page.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to sort it.

Sizing and returns

How do I find my size? Check the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.

What's your returns policy? Reach out within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange and we'll walk you through it. Items should be unworn with tags on.

Care

How do I look after it? Wash cool, inside out, and hang to dry. Cotton and embroidery last for years if you treat them right.
